And it's not the GM's job to sign minor league starters? Ghost players takes away the need to sign starters, but not the need to sign back-ups. This doesn't make sense to me.

I have ghost players enabled. So why are my prospects playing every single day, even when they are at 0% - Totally Exhausted? This seems like it would be a really easy fix. Just allow ghost players...

It turns out the problem is just with one particular coach who appears to be bugged in the roster set that I am using. This coach is signed through 2262 at $0 a year... and all of his coaching skills...

I can't seem to figure out how to fire minor league coaches. If I right click on a coach for my major league team, it gives me an option to fire them. But I get no such option with minor league...

What do you mean by this? I'm pretty sure the save rule is identical in spring training. Wins to get a little funky do to starters not going 5 innings, though.

My guess is that the algorithm takes into account more players than just the top 100. So maybe Tacoma has top prospects #101, and 102, while Yakima has #99 and their next best prospect is #200.

Well, regardless of how mLB classifies them, teams use them in a certain way. Specifically, player progress from low A to high A. So in my opinion, there should be a way to emulate this in the game....
