A slightly faster way is to go to league setup / run OSA and Human scout rescout. Be sure to have scouting accuracy on 'highly accurate' while you edit to get a better feel for how the AI will...

500 greatest clubs in history!

Attached is a ranking I did of the 500 greatest teams ever. I used a combination of actual record and pathogorian W/L record with heavier weighting for post-season games.

No, actually you can adjust league totals for all stats. Go to "Game Setup", "League Setup", "Strategy", in the league totals section.

Yep

That 1 to 20 rating is scouted rating but the actual hidden rating can be as high as 125. If you want scouts to report the hidden # go to "Game Setup", "Global Setup", and turn on "See Ratings>Max"....

As a side note:
I once ranked the best teams ever statisticly, using regular season data and heavily weighted postseason data...

I've tried several of the Spritze db's and I always get the wrong historical stats for players. Starting a league in 1960, for instance, Mickey Mantle's career will begin in 1949 (2 years earlier)...

I absolutely love the new amatuer scouting feature where your head scout points out prospects around the world for you to sign. After all, many great latin players enter the Majors via this route.
