i did all of that; so either i will figure it out or just quit playing. in my ootp 9 i did 2 solo leagues starting them in 1960 and setting the start year to 1960 and it worked fine. so i will figure...

solo league, fictional players, standard mlb league structure, start year 1960, inaugural draft, financials wont set to 1960 levels.
and when the year rolls the financials wont reset. ...
