Pros for me are it makes it your league feel more alive. Just as the name implies the league evolves. It might relocate teams, it might decide to add expansion teams, it might change the roster limit...

I’ve been away since 14 so I of course bought 26 but the way I always do it is keep the current version and then buy the new one once it’s done being patched and it’s on sale at the end of the year....
