CPU making offers for human teams.

I am having problems with my league, I just transferred my online league over from 6.5 to X and for some reason the CPU is making offers for a few of the teams.

All the teams are human owned, but...

One more then. When I go to make a trade it says I dont control a team or my league doesnt allow trading.

Is the only way to do trades is to take over a team propose it and...

How do you disable coaches?

I cant figure out where it is. I run a league and we are considering upgrading from 6.5 to 10.

I have gotten most of it figured out but I cant seem to figure out how to disable coaches.
