My connection is perfectly fine (11 Mbps) as everything else is flowing just fine and I have no other programs opened...

When you go to install your license, there is a tab underneath that says something like "Get License Off-Line". That's where I went. You may need your license number to get there though.

I pre-ordered the game back on April 3rd. I saved the confirmation screen and after trying to use it to "Install License" the following message pops up...
