Since the game worked for only about a week after I purchased it, is it possible to get a refund of some sort? Or is there anything further to try? I feel bad, but I really played the game twice...

I do have that version installed. Still will not load or start anew. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Game Will Not Load or Start Anew

The game used to start and play fine, but now the game starts up, but when I load a game or start a new game it gives me the error message

"A problem caused the program to stop working...
