No idea if this helps, but one odd thing I've noticed-- at some point some guys did manage to get demoted from my roster. But they've been stuck on showing (14) (days until the can be promoted again)...

Just tried creating a new team, and it all works fine. Was able to submit both while in queue, and once being placed in an entry league. Switching back to my original accounts still doesn't work.
