What I did was add minor leagues and it'll add all minor leagues for every nation automatically. I haven't played with the feeder leagues or know how it works.

Yes, if you set the inaugural draft option on and draft at the beginning, all players will be placed on their national team. All of the talents should be even out overall at the beginning.

That's a good idea. Also, 10 teams divisions is too large and needs to be reduced to maybe 5.

I'm thinking to go with 50 countries with 10 divisons of 5 teams.

It will be much more manageable...

I tried that. When I start up the game, I got no players at all on my roster. I tried clearing up the roster and fill the rosters with fictional players, but that put a whole bunch of foreigners...
