constant crashes

I am getting constant crashes. Started a league clicked on the manager screen and it crashes...try to go into a game and after I click on go to lineups it crashes.

my system is

AThlon Xp 2400...

video font problem

Just installed the game but when i go to customize a league only a few of the text shows up. For example if I go up to the file menu...the only way the text shows up is if I scroll down to it...
