Playing more than one game per day

I'm playing as the manager of all teams. So far, I haven't figured out how to play more than one game per day. What happens is, I'll go in and play a game. When it's over and I'm thru revisiting...

Just finished another game with the...

Let's say I'm playing a game..Padres vs Giants. I suddenly have to leave in the top of the 5th. Is there any way to save this game? Or do I have to "Quick Play" from that spot?
