Regarding pitchers' velocity, are they fairly accurate? I see that Neftali Feliz's velocity is in the mid 90's in OOTP, while in real life I think he exceeds 100 MPH.

That's like releasing the trailer of a movie after the full movie has been released. It makes no sense.
