Precision only really applies if scouting is off (or unless your scout is perfect).

Having said that, I prefer the 1-100 scale, and use it.

I like the idea of being able to control your own team's moves (but let the others proceed as usual), but if you did one move differently, it would really screw with the other teams being able to do...
