Error with All Star team and/or bb_card??

Downloaded OOTP 26, and imported my league and picked the all start teams (currently playing July 2024). However, this error came up and the game froze.

HI. I've had the same issue of the game crashing during game play. I'm playing it on the MacBook Air, too. I contacted tech support and after many emails nothing was fixed.

I can play 3-4 games...
