There might be something to the last windows update, however, FYI despite the hassle, I reinstalled windows 10 and now everything is fine in my OOTP world. Knock on wood.

Game won't advance to next day

I have updated to the latest patch. My current game is setting on an off day. When I try to finished the day, the game just closes. No error message or nothing.

Still can't save the game.

I have had OOTP since 2006 and my current data it game year 2027. I have only had one problem that was my problem by incorrectly editing the schedule. My current issue is that my game can't save....

Game freezes upon exiting

Can someone give me a possible reason for why every time I exit the game it freezes at 94% saving news stories. It end find if I save and leave in the middle of a game. It's really annoying.
