Angry Oops on draft day

Decided to pick this app back up again...until I get a better PC for OOTP 21.

He was on the major league roster at that time though - was just called up and hadn't gotten into a game yet.

He threw one inning and was sent back down.

Is it me or is this extrememly rare, or possibly non-existent on AI teams?
Example - Pat Jackson 1B in my league - 34 years old, 440 career HR's, and still a 4 star player. He gets put on waivers...

you can adjust the "typical" salaries for certain...

you can adjust the "typical" salaries for certain types of players - for example how much an average "superstar" player makes...all the way down to a "poor" player.
