inside your data folder there will be a world_templates folder if you've created any in the game yet. or you may have to make the folder yourself if this is your first template

Cards have done it 2 Years in a row now... They seem to prefer moving the player in question, Spivey this year, Ankiel the year before, through waivers once the other teams have the rosters set
