possible stat bugs

I've started a fictional league in the 1870's and loaded the league stat setting from 1901. What I'm getting are some very strange stats in 2 categories.
1. I have guys stealing 30, 40, 45, etc...

In OOTP 2007 you can create fictional universes or fictional leagues. The game generates a logo but it's just the 3-letter abbreviation for the city in a circle. So these are where the logos are...
