Question Poor Relief Pitchers

Why don't relief pitchers ever win anything? One team had a closer with a sub 2.00 ERA and 50 saves in his first season, but lost the Rookie of the Year to another player with a .230 avg and 14 home...

Yes. My pitching staff is set up for all three levels. I don't have anybody set up in the spot starter position either.

I've been getting a sixth starting pitcher in each of my minor league levels. My staff has only five starters and none for spot starters, but each time after the fifth starter pitches, it starts one...
