I don't exactly know why, but Facegen now works for me. I didn't even fiddle with the settings, I just loaded up the fictional league I had running prior to the patch, and I've now got a complete set...

Partially. I would like to see the images on the player profile (i.e. clicking on name in roster screen), and on the HTML report, but not in-game as the images are too small and look a bit of a mess.
