seems after 1.02 patch some career leaders are listed without meeting minimum requirements and for career win leaders it is adding wins and losses and posting them as wins for some players.

I have imported a couple of my online leagues...

I have imported a couple of my online leagues from ootp4 to ootp5 during beta testing in mid season and have found no problems with transfers.
