Euroleague
 

Hi! With the new options of league customisation I am thinking of creating a Euroleague, formed by 4 groups (or subleagues) of 10 teams 1st division and 10 teams 2nd, the two first/last go to promotion-relegation. Geographical distribution of the league could be: 1) Russian and Belarus 2) Nordic SE and FI teams 3) central europe DE, AUT and Switzerland teams and 4) east europe with zcech, Hongary, Slovenia, Poland and Slovakia teams. First 4 teams of each league go to play-off. My doubt at this moment is how can I make it to have most of nationals of the country on each team. Any hints for that?

In FHM9 you can use foreigner limit to limit those. Also need to define league country example to Greenland. Otherwise those League country players does not get marked as foreigner.

Thanks! I guess if the limit is only related to league country then it is not useful for a league with several teams from different countries. I would need to define foreign limit for each team.

Its not. Example if you have league with teams from:
Finland
Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Russia
Latvia

League nation is set to Greenland and foreigner limit is 5 then all of those teams need to have players from team country or Greenland. Example team from Finland can have only 5 players outside from Finland or Greenland and team from Sweden can have only 5 players outside from Sweden or Greenland.

I have had World Hockey League where every team is from different country and also foreigner limit is set to 5.

I did that also but some teams ended with more greenland players than own nation ��
