PbP text in game
Does anyone know if the PbP text is only at the bottom of the screen or can it be shown elsewhere? When I select instant, it disappears as soon as the last word is shown. Is there a way to freeze it until I’ve read it on instant speed. The other speeds are too slow for my liking.
Thanks! |
Yes thought this was a bug

What other game options do you have selected? If you have instant PBP on, it should display on the bottom of the screen until the play is over, and show the "Tap Screen to Continue" text to move on to the next play. Is that not what you are seeing?

When the play is over it disappears. In instant mode you have to search for the result somehow. Is there a way to keep the last result visible ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Will 2D be released in the next patch. The instant game feature also immediately goes away so you can’t read it fast enough. Great game

I would love a 2D as an option with a larger PbP text box that doesn’t go away. The 3D is very nice however. It’s just hard following the game on the current text box

I agree with Jtward9.

I use short PbP and cant see what the baserunners are doing on balls hit to the OF and the PbP is behind the action-I would rather have PbP on top so I also dont have to keep looking down and maybe be able to see if the runner is trying to score from 1st on double

Even aside from instant issues, PbP lags well behind the actual animation. Plus sometimes you can't tell what happened from the animation and you have to wait for the PbP to catch up. It is possible (if you don't have instant on) to try and scroll back to see the description, but usually what happens is the screen interprets your attempt as a tap and you end up going to the next half inning.
