No Jacobs Field
 

Hey guys,

Tried playing my Tribe against the 1997 Orioles in playoff rematch.

The stadium for Indian's home games was NOT Jacobs Field, but the default field.

I'm just using the stadiums that come with the game; no mods until the new stadiums get put into OOTP19's Add-ons.

Is there someplace to find Jacob's Field for a 1997 game? I see Progressive field in the OOTP19 ballparks.

Is there some way to get that into a 1997 game?

Well technically Jacobs Field and Progressive Park are the same stadium....nothing on the playing field has changed since they renamed it.

Right, but in the 1997 year, the ballpark option is Jacobs Field and that field title is not in the roster of ballparks for OOTP19.

The game ships with only the current ballparks with the current names.

Is Progressive Field in the drop down?

The can park can be named Jacobs field in he game and use the progressive field model

How Silvam?

Can I just change the name in the ballpark_files?

It will not automatically import when you pick Jacobs Field. I get Camden Yards and Jacobs Field as my choices.

And do you have any idea on when we can get the old ballparks for OOTP19?

If you go to the OOTP mods forum and then the 3D models sub forum. You might find a stickied thread called inventory of silvam14 and adion’s ballparks. There are a few there

Hi Silvam found those forums and some really great looking stadiums but no Jacobs Field.

But reading some of the other forums with guys installing old ballparks and having it crash their OOTP19 version, I don't want to risk it, especially since I do not know how to install your fields.

They look great, though!
