Thanks to all of you, past and present.
Since 2002 you have made OOTPB a pure joy for me. Without you, it is just a cold game of stats... with your creations and game add-ons, it becomes alive and vibrant. My players and teams become real to me.

I haven't been active on the Modders Forum for about seven years. For three years I was on the Beta Team and was greatly involved in writing News Stories... I also helped out a lot on the PBP text, especially in the 2006 and 2007 versions, and in several other versions.

Since then, I got all of my logos and have just been enjoying my two Dynasty Leagues, the Islandian Pro Alliance (active, going into its 51st season) and the All-Time All-Star Association (sadly lost it in a computer crash after 11 great seasons)... stupid me had no backup.

The Modders made me about 100 beautiful logos for my two dynasties... jdews did all of the All-Time All-Star Association uniforms, both home and away uniforms... the unis were the full uniform with pants included... and knuckler did about 75% of the logos. I just use the generic uniforms in the IPA. And as you know, they just have to be very simple and basic, when custom-made are so far superior. So for the past few years, I have just been enjoying my two dynasty leagues.

I have started work on my new, smaller 8-team dynasty, the State Line League... I have learned a valuable lesson the hard way... keep your Dynasty Leagues to less than 20 teams... much easier to cover and be immersed in. And several of you already have done beautiful logos and uniforms for the State Line League.

Purpose #1 here is to see if you are willing to create logos, jerseys and caps for my Islandian Pro Alliance?

Please note that is 64 teams... a huge number. I realize it will take quite some time to finish the project and won't be done quickly.

Please post your name if you would be willing to participate in this IPA project. I totally understand if you don't want to participate.

And Purpose #2: If you like to have your work constructively looked at, I would be willing to comment on your creations and offer suggestions. knuckler has said that I have a good eye for logos and helped him in his creations. knuckler is too modest... I only helped him just a little bit... he is a great logo designer... one of the top five ever... and my favorite because he did some many for me and was willing to make many nitpicking changes for me.

You need to know I am a nitpicker, but a pleasant one, I think.

Please post your name if you would like your creations critiqued. I would enjoy doing it. You will soon find out if I have a good eye or not. If I don't, just ignore my suggestions and opinions... no hard feelings.

I would help out as much as I can, EC - it would be fun to re-visit your teams. I might even take a stab at the Tuckanarra Blue Jays in the next day or so.

I would be interested in looking at some uniform designs. Again, logos are not my thing.

PS- I don't follow the dynasty thread so where would I find a list of your teams?

I guess I could try and do a few logos myself... probably hexagon style since you appear to like this too.

I'll post the Tuckanarra logo for you in a thread today, which probably you originally did. Feel free to be creative.

Thanks, Hankyu Braves... you do marvelous work and I would very pleased if you participated in the IPA project.

Basically I would request circle logos most of the time as they seem to work well visually in the game. Most of my jersey requests would be for traditional styles. White for home and Gray for away with the primary colors used on the home team jerserys also used on the away jerseys.

Hexagons would be fine mixed in with circulars and what other creative styles are available.

Your avatar with the banner is a very nice logo type. You are one of the few designers I have seen do that. I would be sure to request one of that type.

I will post the Ancona Red Elephants for you... you can make it circular and use the banner style on it, too. If you like you also create another one using the hexagonal logo.

Isedelyod, Thanks for the great Corinth Copperheads and Russellville Travelers jerseys and caps you did for my State Line League recently.

I am pleased that you will participate in the Islandian Pro Alliance project... jerseys will be fine... I'll get someone else to do the logos.

Just check this thread... I will post the teams that I need logos and jerseys for and give you the colors I desire to be used.

Looking forward to seeing the great work that others will post here. I may drop in with one or two jerseys once in a while, if I see a request that hasn't been filled, and I have an idea in mind.

Whatever you can do will be appreciated.

Even if someone does one of the teams, if you would like to do it, too, that would be fine.

Terminal, I would love to have your help. I think I have seen your work and it's quite good. I have been busy the last week checking out everybody's works and have been impressed.

I'm nitpicky, but very appreciative of anything you guys do. I have always gotten very good logos on this Forum.

When you see an logo or jersey you would like to do, feel free to do it, even if someone else had already done it.

I'm greedy, too... It's nice to have several choices and several styles of logos, jerseys and caps.:D

All the jersey and cap creations will be new for me. I only have so-so, basic, boriing game-generated logos currently in my league. I'm really excited about having custom creations by all of you talented guys.

Cool, so are you going to list the teams out for the League or is that posted elsewhere?

I have been asked by several people to just use one thread for the entire IPA project.

So this will be where everything is posted.

I will soon give a master list of all teams and their colors, so the designers can be work on them. They will be able to choose which ones they want to do.

That's fine with me. Whatever makes it easier for you guys.

I can help. I prefer to stick with uniforms and caps over logos at this point.


I can make logos but they tend to take me more time then I would like. If needed though I can make them as well


I can commit to about 20 of your teams EC.

I'm going to post all 64 teams in this thread complete with current team logos, team names, nicknames and team colors. Do as many as you like.

That is a perfect logo... clean, uncluttered, very creative design with the birds perching on the team name... and very well done.

It will look great in the game.
