Import Adjust Financial Settings after each year

I have the import adjusted financial settings after each year check, but when i did a long sim starting in 1971 and going to 2015, the reserve clause is still in place in 1975. Is this one of the financial settings that should change or is there another place that controls when free agency starts in a league.

I'm not 100% sure but it might be the automatically adjust league strategy button for that...

I also had the adjust league strategy checked.

I Think this is because of random debut. I started a normal historical league and the DH and free agency started at the right time.

Technically Free Agency shouldn't start until after the 1975 season
