Moving Teams around & Editing Draft Picks
 

Are you allowed to move teams around... When i mean that like when i add two expansion teams in 2017 i want to keep Vegas in the West but move Quebec to the Eats and then move one of the teams out west? Also is there a way we can change the affiliate teams as well. like i know in ootp 18 u can do it but was just wondering if you can in FHM 3 as well

Secondly starting FHM3 it starts at opening day roster i want to move draft picks around for my hometown OHL team but not sure how to move draft picks around so i can update the picks and roster myself?
