Expansion draft scheduled but not held?

The computer set up the teams and the draft and after that I have forwarded to mid-March with the season about 2 weeks away. Will this have any bearing on the regular season since the draft was never held ?

What would happen if I had another expansion draft before the season started? Would it crash the League and the season?
