I have a question if I purchase all the seasons for my ipad, will they be work when the new manager version comes out? Its not a deal breaker as its only $20.00, but thought I should ask. Thanks for any advice.

They usually give you a way to claim the same purchased seasons in the new season release...
That said ; The new version sounds to be quite different with the new Perfect Team element.
