CDL nearing 100th season - needs 2 GMs

Cooperstown Diamond Legends (CDL), one of the longest running OOTP leagues, has the Detroit Tigers and Los Angeles Dodgers open. We've just finished 2063, approaching almost 100 years of sims after starting in 1969 over a decade ago.

The CDL has had a hard salary cap since the 1970s, you can trade draft picks, ratings are on the 1-10 scale, and there is more about the rules which you can read here
