Can't log in

I haven't had this trouble before- it usually recognizes me as soon as I open the program. I did a password reset, put in the code and got the confirmation. I logged in and it didn't work. Now I can't do another password reset.

It has done this to me again. How the hell do you submit a tech ticket or whatever the damn thing is for Perfect Team?
