What size are jerseys?

I have some jerseys ..

Some are 1023x1023 and are close to 900KB

and some are 1024x1024 and are close to 450KB

seems to not work with those that are 1023x1023 and 900kb

how to change them?

They are 1024*1024 (see the NHL ones in the graphics folder of a save/quickstart for reference).
