Instead of Jonathan Towes it writes Chris Steenbergen. This is just one example, it is same for every other news about player retireing or club retireing their jersey.

That's not really a bug. Every active player has an number generated to them. When a player retires, the number goes back and often a new generated player. That's why you see that.
