In the discussion of the english.xml file, the manual says "A complete list of the categories, IDs, and their usage in Microsoft Excel format can be downloaded here" (page 510). There is no link. Can someone point me at this file?

you may want to post this on the main board, this forum is kind of a ghost town. personally, i'd like to know if we're going to have new tokens, categories, etc added for the new version to make to news stories and commentary richer.

btw, i may have that excel file on the laptop somewhere if you still need it.
