Frustrated and need help

I just purchased OOTP 18 yesterday and have been trying to acquire the historic facepack or all in one pack since then. I have attempted everything from Steam workshop, http://www.ootphub.com, and searching these forums for files. I was able to download the historic facepack "tgz" file from http://www.ootphub.com, but when I went to extract it with Winrar I received a "corrupted archive" message so I was unable to extract the photos. I am all out of idea's, so if anyone could come up with a solution it would be appreciated!

There is a historic facegen pack on Steam Workshop, but it only contains 3 MB's of data, so it is incomplete.

It's not the All-in-One but you can download the Facepack from the link in my signature line. It has photos of virtually all players, managers, coaches and umpires from 1871-2016

Help

I downloaded the facegen pack. Thanks!

I've had it before. But I'm starting with OOTP18. I, for the life of me, can't save the photos into the data/photos folder.

What am I doing wrong?

I just used Shimwooley's photo pack from Action! Baseball and it worked beautifully. Thanks
