Finance question

Question.
Does manager allow for simple financial such as no financial or reserve clause.
Or must the game be played with free agency.

Was thinking of buying but not a big fan of the free agency signings I like simple financial.

You can play with finances on or off and remove free agency altogether.

The game is only 5 dollars, I highly recommend it regardless.
