Can't activate license for FHM 5

Someone legally bought the game for me, prior to the official retailer changeover from eSellerate to FastSpring, in November 2018. I have the official purchase receipt as proof, if you need to see it privately. I am having problems activating it. It is only installed on one computer, and has only been installed on one computer, with no prior activations of the license. Please help.

This is frustrating, can't activate the game in question, nor can I even submit a related support ticket at present, apparently. Can anyone please help, somehow? Thank you in advance if anyone can help out sufficiently well here. CD out.
