We are at the end of the 2018 regular season. Below are the league reports. Any questions please email me at nobacommish@gmail.com. We sim Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, with an extra sim on Thursday only during the offseason.

GM Control is set to “GM and Manager”
Injuries are enabled set to Low
Player Personality Ratings and Morale System are enabled
NOBA will play a 162-game schedule with interleague games
Normal regular season sims will cover 7 in-game days
Normal regular season Waiver Period Length will be 8 days
Normal regular season DFA Period Length will be 15 days
NOBA secondary roster size will be 40 players
DH is AL only
NOBA organizations will have a full default set of minor league affiliates
Roster limits are 25 players for all levels except Rookie, and DSL which has a limit of 35 players and AAA has a roster limit of 30 with 5 openings for rehabbing players
Playoff Roster Rules: 40 man-Secondary roster
DL is minimum 14 days
All player ratings are on a 20-80 scale
Ratings > Max are not revealed, instead appearing as “80”
Box Scores will be kept for all leagues
Game Logs will be kept for Human Leagues only
Game Replays will be kept for Human Teams only
News Logs, Injury Logs, and Transaction Logs will be kept from all leagues
Career L/R Splits, Fielding and Postseason Stats will be kept for all levels
Trading with AI-run teams is disabled
Draft pick trading will be disabled
Baseball America’s Top Prospect List is set to dynamic
The Amateur Draft will be held on June 7th
The Amateur Draft Pool will be revealed 75 days prior to the draft
NOBA roster expansion will occur on September 1st
Minimum Days of Service for one Service Year are 172 in the NOBA
Players reach arbitration eligibility after 3 service years and free agency after 6 service years in the NOBA
Only major league service years count towards arbitration eligibility
Each team has access to its entire revenue
There is no Salary Cap
No Revenue Sharing
No Cash Maximum
League minimum salary is $507,500
