Guys running but there legs are'nt moving

My game is running great with OOTP 20 release 54

The players when they move do not move thier legs. They just scoot along like they are on skateboards or something.

Is there some setting I need to turn on?

Has anyone seen this before.

I mostly notice defensive players that run then try to stop. The last 4 or 5 steps seems like they are sliding to a stop on ice.
