Game crashes when trying load game from startup
 

Game crashes when i start load up file at 100% and comes up that something went wrong, close game.
Reinnstall does not work, same problem when starting a new game etc.

Did come after 13 hours of play, about 62 rounds played in NHL.

Was using Eastside Hockey Manager before, saw that this was much more update in roosters etc.

It is hard to tell from your description but it sounds like an error with Achievements we fixed. You could either wait for tomorrow (we try to release another maintenance update) or you could go into your ".data/database" folder and delete the "achievements.dat" file, then start your game and try again. IMPORTANT: if you delete that file, please make sure to have the game closed!

To find your save easiest is to start the game and select "Settings -> Troubleshooting" and then click open customiable data folder. Then navigate into "saved_games" and into the folder of your save. Then follow the instructions in the link above. If you have any further questions, please let me know!

Game did stop working also.

What exactly does that mean? You can´t start FHM 3 anymore or you can start it but are not able to create a new game? In that game what type of game and where does it crash (what is the last thing you see on the screen?)?

When loading game and try and start new game.

When almost finish loading game at 100% that comes up.
Same with new game, path to glory, only mode i play.

Also the screen solution will not go back to what i have selected, automatic fullscreen on my 3 screens.

At what step does it crash when you start a new game? What is the last message you see on screen?

Regarding fullscreen: what is your screen resolution, most likely it is the minimum requirement?

My screen solution is 5760 x 1080, ingame is 1600 x 1200

It crashes/stopps when it is in the end of the loading the game, or end of a loading session to a new game.

No, what is the last thing you see on the FHM 3 screen?

Regarding the resolution, is this 3 monitors? You should play FHM on just one monitor and you should choose a resolution that is below the one you have: your 1080 height is smaller then the 1200 height in game.

Best would be to post the trace file so I can take a look for you what the game reports. For that, enable "debug trace" in Settings/Troubleshooting and then go to your "debug" folder and post the file their (after enabling the option, you need to restart the game).

Last ting i see is that FHM3 have stopped working.

Yes, but what can you see on the FHM 3 screen? You should be able to still see the screen and tell me, what you can read (e.g. "Sim to Start date")?

I did make a new game and save it, but not load new or old game file.

Sorry, I don´t understand what exactly the problem is.

Can you not start a new game? Can´t you not load an old save?

I can start a new game now (that did work after the update), but can not load new or old save file.
