Being a cajun myself, this injury to Joe Kelly is nothing new, but what I didnt see (being the expert I am at cooking cajun) was him talk about the real culprit of his back tightening up. BEER!!! Any real cajun knows that when cooking cajun the bending up & down into the ice chest for some ICE COLD BEER is sure to get the back tight, but we usually dont feel it until the next morning. Just giving my 2 cents as I get into my 12 footer to check my crawfish traps
