Pictures (not FG) disappearing
 

I know I'm in the minority as someone who still uses photographs instead of face gen but I am having an issue. My leagues are fictional and so are my picture collections. I have painstakingly assigned pictures to each player and doubled checked that they have replaced the original face gen pictures. Preferences are set to search for pictures first, yet nearly every time I restart the game a large number of photos have changed back to face gen. Is this a known issue or is anyone else having this problem ?

I have had situations where I have a real player pic but in the news stories a face gen shows up. I think this is a bug they are working on...

I, too, prefer real photographs to the fictional ones. I like to generate my own fictional leagues using real players, e.g. my magnum opus, the Cup of Coffee league composed (initially) of every player from 1900 to roughly 2005 who played only one game in the majors (not after that as there is still a chance the player could get called up and play more). Where possible, I imported the picture shown on the player's Baseball Reference page. It seems that some players never lose their picture, some lose them temporarily but next time I play the game they are back, and some lose them permanently and I have to re-import which is dreary when you are talking about hundreds of players.
