Scheduling is Off

I made a custom game with a junior league that has 60 custom teams, no divisions, and 30 games. The problem is, every team just plays the same team for every regular season game. The preseason switches things up but the regular season is the same teams over and over again. How do I fix this?

Update: I split the league into 2 30 team conferences and there is no longer a schedule. PLEASE HELP!

30's below the minimum length for the junior league's scheduling to work properly - if you set it to 40 games, you'll get a working schedule.
