Im new to OOTP Online Franchise (they took online franchise out of the MLB the show :( ) and im looking for a fix. Would like to the white sox but there will be some rough spots since Im very new to this format

I emailed the commissioner but i also will post here just in case.
I am down to join this league and own OOTP 19, but just don't know how to join. My friend and I both want to join. He'll take the Rangers and i'll take the Padres if we can.
