License problem; graphics (?) problem
 

Hello
I had a problem with opening the game a couple of times (would start to load then stopped), so tried to re-install the game. Now I got a message:

eWeb_ActivateSerialNumber returned 0xE0050008 (ACTIVATESN_LIMIT_MET)
2019-09-14 15:45:12 eSellerate: No more licenses available for this serial number. More info in our knowledge base at support.ootpdevelopments.com

1. If it isn't too much trouble, to reset the license amount so I can license the game (have it installed on 1 computer only).
2. After changing the graphics from "maintain display scaling" to "scale full screen, override application settings" (so I can run a much older game), OOTP 19 wouldn't start.
Is there anything that can be done about either problem?
