Contract negotiations for OOTP7

Has anyone heard any rumors regarding salaries in the financial model, specifically regarding performance bonuses. I would dearly love to pay a salary plus incentives as this game moves forward.

I've long wished I could sign the veteren left-hander to a reasonable salary but offer a two-tiered incentive based on wins, for example.

I didn't see any mention of this in the development update, but I know some of you have better rumor-mill contacts than I do.

That would indeed be quite awesome, as would contractual restructuring and no/limited-trade clauses in their various forms.
