Help please with this error!
 

So I am currently getting an error message when I try to start OOTP20. When I click on the game to start I get these two errors

So a little back story, I was running out of space on my C Drive so I tried to move the save folder to another drive. I then got the error messages. I can no longer get into the OOTPGame at all.

I then uninstalled the whole game and all the files from my Steam Account, reset my computer and reinstalled the game again. I still got these error messages and can not get in the game to make the changes it asks for.

Can anyone help me please

Is your game reinstalled on the C: drive ? When attempting to load the file the screenshot shows it tries to load from D:... Have you tried recopying the saved folder back into the C drive's location where the game reinstalled ?
