Edit players/transfers in national league

Hi.

Just started a game in my national league(Norway) and the teams need a lot of work(player transfers mostly)
How can i fix this? Can i start a game in commosioner mode, transfer and clean up all the teams, and then make a new database? Or how does IT work?

I start the game as a Commissioner Mode, make your edits, save you game as Quick Start (so if you want to play again you don't have to make the edits) and you should be good to go.
