Live Start Players with Incorrect Service Time

Posted this in the General Forum a few days ago, and since there was a lack of people saying they are having the same problem I assume it's a bug.

When I start a game with Live Start, the players service time isn't being updated at the start. This obviously causing quite a few problems (players are not granted arbitration or free agency when they should be).

I believe it is a bug. I found it myself recently and opened a ticket for it on the developer project tool.

Yes, this should be fixed/improved for the next build (although only on new live start games).
