ETA on Patch to Fix Live Start???
 

As I have mentioned the live start feature is a mess right now. When is the patch coming? I would love to start a new season considering my Washington Nationals have won the World Series but literally can't because of how bad live start is.

Do we really have to wait for PT fixes as well for this patch? Why are the two tied and when are wet getting the fixes?

I actually didn't know there was an issue. I thought live start was done since the season ended and there will be an eventually end date to it.

In my mind live start should go right up until the free agency period. After that then OOTP 20 should have it update anymore. When I tried it out it looked like it stopped on October 6th? Is that the bug?

I think the main issue is that service time is not accruing correctly, which means guys like Rendon and Cole aren't becoming free agents.

Oh ok. I see. I noticed that about Cole. I wasn't sure why he wasn't becoming a FA. Now I get it.

My guess would be sometime when its ready.

Definitely something I am interested in and waiting for as well! Making sure this stays bumped up near the top so (hopefully) a Developer see's it.

Please fix this — would love to start a game at the end of this season!

I’m wondering if there will be a fix to the in game animations.

I don't believe there's a specific issue we know of with in-game animations. What's going wrong with them for you?

I seem to remember a thread from Matt Arnold where he mentioned that the next patch would include a fix for some of the timing issues where the fielder holds on to the ball too long. I did a quick search but couldn't find it... maybe I was dreaming.

Matt said there would be one minor tweet to animations but that was about 3 weeks ago.

Players going for a ball often looking like they are sliding on ice. Their feet are not moving and they are just sliding. Happens every game. I'm assuming it's happening to everyone.

Just bumping this. Any info on a fix for this Live Start would be most welcome!
